I love how green everything is right after a good rain. It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and I sure thought there was no way that this session was going to happen. I watched the radar all day and saw a storm coming but looked like it might pass through in time for our session so we decided to go for it! I'm so glad we did! As I drove to our location it rained the whole time but as I pulled up to park it stopped and the clouds parted. I could see the sunshine peaking through and I was so glad! We may have felt a few drips from the trees during our session but it was worth it. This sweet family was so enjoyable to photograph. They will be welcoming their newest addition to the family very soon and I couldn't be more excited to capture these exciting moments for them! Here are a few favorites from our session. Enjoy!

Precious Stevie was such a doll during her newborn session. She is the youngest of 4 and came to see me at 3 days old. Normally I don't photograph newborns quite this early but her family was moving for the mountains just 2 days later so we had to move quickly to get her session in.
